Measure the length of your arm from the top of your shoulder to your wrist bone. Attention, measure with the arm stretched out.

Measure the full circumference of the waist, at the navel line.
Measure the length from the base of the neck (hole between the collarbones) to the crotch. Attention, keep the tape measure close to the body.
Measure waist length (navel line) to the ankle bone. Attention, measure with the leg fully extended.
Measure the full circumference of the neck, at the height of the glottis.
Measure the width of your back, not including your shoulders.
Measure the full circumference of the fullest part of the biceps, with the muscle contracted.
- Use measuring tape appropriate for use;
- Do not take the measurements yourself, ask someone else to take them for you;
- If you wear a rib vest under your overalls, take the measurements with your overalls on.

Measure the full circumference of the chest at the level of the nipples, filling the lung with air.

Measure the total circumference of the hip, at the height of the buttocks (widest part).
Measure the length from the base of the neck (hole between the collarbones) to the crotch. Attention, keep the tape measure close to the body.
Measure the length from your neck (hole between your collarbones) to your waist (navel line).
Measure the full circumference of the fullest part of the thigh.
Measure the length of the back, from the first bone of the spine to the height of the waist (navel line).
Measure the full circumference of the fullest part of the calf.
